Our leadership team was struggling with navigating conflicts within our health care facility and the community. Upon discovering that Cherolyn had joined the High Conflict Institute, we eagerly signed up for the New Ways for Work for Leaders Program. We found the program incredibly helpful and it significantly improved our ability to manage conflicts effectively through our work inside the healthcare facility and our roles in the community.
